Meet Catherine
For more than 25 years, Catherine Board has been devoted to one question: What truly creates lasting transformation in people's lives?
Her journey into transformational work began after participating in Landmark Education, an experience that profoundly shifted the direction of her life. Inspired by the possibility of human transformation, she spent the following years serving as a Seminar Leader for Landmark, guiding hundreds of people through programs designed to create meaningful and lasting change. During that time, Catherine discovered what would become the central passion of her life's work—helping people reconnect to themselves, live with greater intention, and create lives aligned with their deepest values.
Long before entering the transformational world, Catherine enjoyed a distinguished career as a professional ballet dancer. She trained with many of the country's most respected teachers, graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, danced professionally with several ballet companies, and later served as Ballet Master for two professional companies. Her rare ability to blend technical excellence with deep personal transformation made her highly sought after as a coach, helping dancers move beyond performance into confidence, authenticity, and artistic freedom.
Recognizing her unique approach, Susan Jaffe, Artistic Director of American Ballet Theatre, invited Catherine to co-create The Transcendent Dancer, an innovative workshop designed to foster healthier, more conscious dancers. The program was presented to hundreds of dancers through the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and Orlando Ballet, introducing a new model for integrating consciousness into elite artistic training.
Catherine later earned her Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences and expanded her studies into neuroscience, meditation, consciousness, leadership, and human development. She co-created transformational workshops integrating neuroscience with meditation, served on the leadership team for Dr. Joe Dispenza's Advanced Weeklong Workshops, and traveled internationally as a member of the core team for Werner Erhard's renowned leadership program, Being A Leader.
These decades of experience eventually converged into Catherine's life's work: Greater Levels of Love (GLOL).
Founded in 2020, Greater Levels of Love is a transformational coaching methodology designed to help people move from surviving to deeply thriving. Through a practical blend of awareness, emotional integration, intentional action, and profound human connection, the program supports participants in creating meaningful, sustainable change from the inside out.
Since its inception, nearly 1,000 participants have completed the Greater Levels of Love process. Catherine has trained more than 70 GLOL coaches worldwide and continues to expand the curriculum through her Advanced Coaching Program (Sessions 11–20), leadership development programs, facilitator training, and mentor training for future program leaders.
Her work has also entered higher education. Catherine serves on the faculty of the Congregation for Sacred Practices (CSP), where she teaches the Greater Levels of Love curriculum across two semesters as part of CSP's partnership with Ubiquity University, allowing students to earn graduate-level academic credit while engaging in deep transformational practice.
Known for her warmth, authenticity, and extraordinary ability to create safe spaces for profound breakthroughs, Catherine believes that sustainable transformation is not about fixing people—it is about helping them remember who they truly are. Whether coaching executives, artists, coaches, leaders, or individuals seeking a more meaningful life, her work consistently guides people toward greater freedom, deeper relationships, purposeful leadership, and lives rooted in love.
Today, Catherine continues to lead retreats, train transformational coaches, mentor facilitators, and evolve the Greater Levels of Love methodology with a vision of bringing deeper consciousness, emotional resilience, and authentic human connection to communities around the world.
