Meet Catherine
Catherine Board is the Founder and CEO of Greater Levels of Love, an innovative transformational coaching methodology dedicated to helping people create lasting change from the inside out. Drawing upon more than 25 years of experience in transformational education, leadership development, meditation, neuroscience, and professional coaching, Catherine has developed a practical, experiential approach that empowers people to align their lives with their deepest values, intentions, and purpose.
At the heart of Catherine's work is a simple philosophy: the most powerful coaches and leaders are those who embody the work themselves. She believes authentic transformation begins with a willingness to continually grow, challenge one's own limitations, and live the principles one invites others to practice.
