Meet Forest

Meet Forest

Forest is a GLOL coach certified in all 20 Sessions. Forest brings more than three decades of experience listening to and supporting people. As a licensed massage therapist for over 30 years, he has spent thousands of hours helping clients navigate physical challenges as well as questions about health, relationships, personal growth, and life. He has also spent more than 25 years performing and singing with Face Vocal Band, appearing in over 1,800 shows while working behind the scenes as a business owner, producer, collaborator, and technical advisor. His involvement in transformational work began in 1999. Through that work and his experiences with relationships, fatherhood, and profound loss, he came to understand how unconscious beliefs shape our choices and how true freedom becomes possible when we recognize ourselves as the authors of our lives. After experiencing the Greater Levels of Love program with Catherine in 2020, he began training as a GLOL coach in 2021. He has continued to deepen his work as both a coach and facilitator and is certified to coach all 20 GLOL sessions. Forest brings warmth, compassion, curiosity, deep listening, and a grounded, nonjudgmental presence that helps people feel safe being fully themselves. He works with people from many backgrounds and stages of life, offering a compassionate space to explore what may be difficult to see, reconnect with what matters most, and approach what comes next with greater clarity and intention. Outside of coaching, Forest is a devoted father, lifelong musician, traveler, and health and technology enthusiast. He is happiest exploring new adventures and ideas and spending time near the mountains and the ocean.
