At the heart of everything we offer is a powerful journey designed to help you discover greater levels of love within yourself. Sessions 1–10 form the core of the transformational experience.
What are the GLOL 10 sessions?
The Greater Levels of Love Program is a beautiful transformational process
of self-love and discovery towards:
- Changing the paradigm in the relationship with yourself and exploring the difference
between what you think you should do verses what is true for you. - Working with unconscious patterns and programs that want to be identified in your life to bring change and a new possibility in your life.
- Moving the unconscious programs in your life into a Greater Level of Love.
- Understanding relationships with others in a new and powerful way.
- Building a New Existence for yourself.
- Creating a heightened sense of awareness that will strongly reinforce an empowering
relationship with yourself. - Discovering the benefits of novelty and conscious repetition and how this will impact a future moving forward.
There are three ways to Complete Sessions 1-10:

Group immersive experience.
Complete all 10 sessions in an intensive three-day format with a supportive group of 6–12 participants. This immersive container enables deep transformation within a concentrated timeframe.
1:1 Coaching

Work one-on-one through Sessions 1–10 at your own pace and timeline with dedicated attention and customized support for your unique journey.

Paced over time via Zoom.
Join a cohort guided by a trained Program Leader through Sessions 1–10 over approximately three months. It includes weekly sessions of 1.5–2 hours. Time between sessions allows for integration and limited one-on-one coaching with the Program Leader.

Expanding your Transformation
The Next Level: Sessions 11-20
Once you've integrated the foundation of Sessions 1–10, a whole new landscape opens up. Sessions 11–20 represent a major expansion—deeper material, newer insights, and a continuation of your transformational journey into territories that build meaningfully on everything you've already discovered.
This advanced content is currently available exclusively through 1:1 coaching, allowing for the personalized attention and support that this deeper work requires. The intimate format ensures you can fully explore and integrate these more nuanced dimensions of the practice.
An important insight
Some of the most profound personal breakthroughs happen when people eventually guide others through this material in the Coaching Program. Coaching others reveals blind spots and deepens integration in ways that receiving the work alone cannot. Consider participating in the Coaching Program to deepen your personal transformation.
