This comprehensive cohort-based program transforms you from someone who has experienced the work into someone who can confidently guide others through their own transformational journey.
Coaching Program: Training for Sessions 1–10
Over the course of 5–6 months, you’ll develop real coaching skills while being trained in a complete, proven curriculum you can begin using immediately with clients. This is not just learning—it is embodiment through practice, repetition, and deep personal growth.

The Foundation: The GLOL 10 Session Program
At the heart of this training is the Greater Levels of Love 10 Session Program—a self-awareness journey designed to create profound, lasting change.
Developed from over 25 years of coaching and leading transformational work, this curriculum brings together the most powerful tools, insights, and experiences into a simple, structured, and deeply effective process.
As part of this program, you won’t just learn the material—you will practice coaching it, experience it, and embody it.
How the Program Works
Each month, we move through 2–3 sessions of the curriculum together.
- Live Group Calls (3x per month):
90-minute sessions where you’ll be trained in the material, observe live coaching, and deepen your understanding of how to guide others - Practice & Integration:
Between calls, you’ll work in small groups (2–3 people) to practice coaching and be coached - Embodied Learning:
You will both coach and observe others coaching, allowing the work to fully integrate through repetition - Coaching Development:
We explore how to navigate challenges, avoid common pitfalls, and grow into a confident, intuitive coach
Time Commitment
- Approximately 3 hours per week

- Includes built-in practice and review weeks to support your growth

These developed Sessions (11–20) are created to bring a deeper level of awareness, precision, and transformation—both for you and for the clients you serve. As every participant enters with a shared foundation, we’re able to move faster, go further, and access layers of growth that simply aren’t available at earlier stages.

Each session includes rotating roles—coach, coachee, and observer—allowing you to refine your skills from multiple perspectives. This dynamic format accelerates learning, sharpens your presence, and strengthens your ability to navigate the subtle and often complex terrain of transformational work.
