Pathway 3: Leading Groups & Retreats

A 12–24 Month Leadership Journey in Transformation and Facilitation

The Mastery Training for Program Leaders (MTPL) is a comprehensive path for individuals ready to deepen their personal transformation while stepping into their leadership.

This immersive program cultivates mastery in self-awareness, embodiment, and the art of guiding others through meaningful, lasting change. As a participant, you are not only learning the work—you are living it, integrating presence, integrity, and lived experience into every interaction.

Within the MTPL, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world application opportunities to support both your growth and your leadership.  Catherine Board will directly work with you for the entire duration of this program. 

This program includes:

• Training with Stacey Gerrish to support and lead retreat experiences
• Specialized sessions designed to expand your leadership capacity in all areas of life
• Direct observation and feedback from experienced Program Leaders as you guide individuals through the 10 Sessions
• The opportunity to lead the 10 Sessions for a group in a live Zoom setting
• Being a Facilitator in the GLOL Coaching Program

A Core Component of MTPL: For those who feel called to actively guide others, the Facilitator Program offers a deeper level of leadership training within the MTPL.

As a Facilitator, you will support and co-lead GLOL Coaching Programs alongside Catherine, gaining real-time in-the-field experience. 

Led in large part by Seth Pardo, his track is designed to develop your ability to:

• Facilitate transformational sessions to GLOL Coaches with confidence
• Lead groups with clarity and presence
• Hold powerful, supportive spaces for growth to GLOL Coaches by leading meditations, discussion questions, exercises, practice coaching coaches and leading Sessions
